I've done quite a bit of online English teaching for Chinese students, and have skills specifically for customer service since I do have 8 years of BPO Industry experience and a Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant. I have worked from home and have virtually assisted my client before. I can help you with entering information in the system and also with different kinds of administrative tasks. Working independently and taking initiative when necessary are traits that I have sharpened as a Virtual Assistant. My home office is fully equipped with the things needed to execute administrative assignments.

I have supported behavioral health and optometry clinics in the U.S., working closely with providers to manage daily operations, including:
Insurance verification & benefits coordination
Appointment scheduling and patient communications
EHR documentation and chart management
Billing support and follow-ups

As a nurse, it allows me to combine clinical understanding with strong administrative skills, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and patient-centered support.
