I previously worked as a Customer Service Associate for 8 years who is tasked to provide exemplary customer service experience and as an Administrative Assistant who handled all administrative tasks needed including data entry, calendar management, text and email marketing, social media management, follow-up, and cold calls, setting appointments for clients, and also updating certain company records.

In my role as a former VA, I received countless recognitions when it came to overly achieving my daily and or weekly tasks including inbox sweep or calendar management, scheduling meetings via Calendly, and creating basic visual designs using Canva. As far as the real estate industry is concerned, I am very much capable of generating good numbers of leads. I consider myself an expert when it comes to negotiation or bargaining and I can even throw out numbers that are 65%-75%  of the property's market value on Zillow.
