Profile Description

I have been providing excellent customer service and data management for several years.
My past work experiences ranges from customer service support, technical support, chat support and data entry management. Some of the accounts that I have handled are: Microsoft Online Store, Sprint and John Hancock Retirement plan.
My task includes:
-managing a full block of clients and provide high quality of service and problem-solving support related to their retirement plan.
-maintained current client contract records and follow up as appropriate thru email or phone.
-answers general inquiries, order processing, processing corrections and dispute of customers, track and check status of orders, billing inquiries.
-document and track significant client discussions or complaints
-provide quality client administration by processing all standard financial transactions on assigned caseloads.
I am trained and I always willing to be trained in order to provide excellent service to people who needs to be assisted on their needs remotely or virtually.
