Profile Description

A.     Server Side
·        cPanel / WHM – VPZ / Plesk Management
·        Website / Server (CentOs -RHEL) management:
back up & tuning (updates and extensions), security,  troubleshooting and monitoring disk space
·        Installation and configuration of
Apache and database Mysql
·        Set-up and maintenance CMS Content
Management System (Magento, Wordpress, concrete5, etc.…) through tools or
manually.
·        Set-up and management of various PMS
(Project Management System) like Activecollab, Asana, BaseCamp, Turf
 
B.     Search Engine Optimization
·        Set-up, utilization and management of
Google Analytics and Google webmaster tool
·        Web structures for keyword /niche research
 
C.     Services /Support
·        Assistant Supervisor – task
delegation, client maintenance, assessment of employees
·        Project Management – overview of the
project, understanding the scope and limitation of the project, creating a data
flow
·        Quality check of design and functions
–Cross Browser Checking, Site Responsiveness (this applies to tablets such as
Samsung Tab, iPad, etc.), Mobile View
·        Chat Support – handled average 10-30 customers daily
with duties that include: explanation of the bill details, retrieving customer
data, accounts upgrades and add-ons
·       ??Email Support – Local and
International clients (trouble shooting, guidelines, queries, quotations)
·        Pre -Sale representative – presenting
services and system as products

·        Ecommerce product maintenance, import and export of database
