Profile Description

I'm an experienced Online Business Manager and Digital Operations Specialist with 5+ years of continuous work supporting online coaches, health and wellness educators, and course creators based in Australia, the UK, and the US.

I specialise in the backend and operational side of online businesses. I don't manage paid ads, lead generation strategy, or audience growth - those decisions stay with you. I don't just tick off tasks - I take ownership. I manage systems, run launches, support live events, and make sure every moving part of your business is working the way it should. Think of me as the person who makes sure your business actually works behind the scenes.

KAJABI AND TECH
Full Kajabi management including courses, memberships, funnels, landing pages, automations, checkout flows, and email broadcasts. I also work with ThriveCart, ClickFunnels, WordPress (Elementor and Divi), Zapier, and more.

LAUNCH MANAGEMENT
I handle end-to-end launch execution — graphics, sales pages, email sequences, community posts, checkout pages, and go-live support. You focus on showing up, I'll handle everything else.

LIVE EVENT TECH
I run Zoom sessions, manage attendees, handle tech issues in real time, upload replays, and keep your team informed after every session.

DIGITAL OPERATIONS
Calendar management, SOP creation, process automation, cancellation tracking, cross-team coordination, and Kajabi portal maintenance across multiple programmes.

CREATIVE SUPPORT
Canva graphics, social media content, email banners, workbook design, video and audio editing, and presentation design.

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
