Profile Description

I have a total of 13 years of experience working in the BPO Industry. 5 years of work experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst listening to calls and doing extensive analysis on the agent's behavior, adherence to process and regulatory aspects of the call. As a QA, I was also tasked to do Data Entry, Root-Cause Analysis, Data Analysis and in some cases, Call Transcription.  I have Customer Service experience in the field of Financial and Telecommunications (CSAT and NPS-driven accounts). I also have experience in Collections and Sales. I want to work from home because I want to spend more time with my family and because I believe that I will be able to focus more on the task at hand and do better since there will be fewer distractions or no distractions at all. 

I have 1 year of experience working for a Property Management Company. My tasks include the following:
- Managing the Repairs and Maintenance Pipelines which includes corresponding with the tenants and owners, dispatching contractors and doing a follow-up with tenants after the work has been completed.
- Setting up Routine Inspections, Move-Ins, Move-Outs by coordinating with the Property Managers and sending notices to the tenants. 
- Arrange Showing/Viewing of the property to applicants via phone call or email
- Process documents like Tenancy Agreement, Property Management Agreement etc.

I also have 3+ years of experience as a Contract Review Specialist for Real Estates in MD, DC, VA, WV and PA. We review sales and rental contracts for Compliance.
