Started off as a trainee in a Japanese lathe machining company during her OJT months, Jem's 15 years of work experience so far has landed her to numerous positions including jobs at the BPO industry, automotive industry, education, and research/clinical trials industry. Through those positions, she has gained skills in writing, quality assurance, customer service, as well as IT and administration skills including advanced skills in spreadsheet management, CSS, Upgrade to see actual info, Javascript, Java, PHP, SQL, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, survey creation, automation, CSS, and HTML. She also has great interest in music and have written some songs in the past. More than the skills, she takes pride of her great work ethic and sense of respect and responsibility. For her, attitude can make or break a person so it's important to have a great one.
