- Process Associate - Finance General Ledger - 1 year up to present (Due to organizational changes and a wind-down of my current account, my role is coming to a close. I am proactively seeking a work-from-home opportunity with flexible night schedule where I can apply my experience, expand my role and learn new things that aligns with my long-term career goals.)
Looking for CONTRACTUAL/PART TIME or FULL TIME (rates are negotiable)
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry JE, Adjustments, Accruals and Allocation & Coding
- Reconciliation (Balance Sheet / Bank) - two difference experiences
- Clearing VAT and TDS through SAP-ECC
- Currency Mismatch Entries
- Reporting and Support
Essential Skills:
- Software Proficiency - hands on experience with accounting platforms such as SAP-ECC, Astrolavos, intermediate Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) add; still studying Macro Excel
- No actual experience in Quickbooks but have background knowledge
- Attention to detail - with maintaining KPI, I am committed in handling works to 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Organizational Skills -
I have the ability to prioritize urgent tasks and meet strict deadlines

Open for trainings if necessary, willing to work under pressure, and adapt quickly to new environments.
