Transitioning to a Hotel Reservation Sales Specialist, I excelled in customer service and demonstrated a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Progressing further, I became an Operational Workforce Management Specialist, refining my attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
After 13 years in the BPO industry, I transitioned into freelancing, working as an Admin Support / Virtual Assistant for over four years. the unique challenges of written communication compared to phone conversations.
