In my career journey, I've grown across different industries. I truly believe that my skills, diverse background, and qualifications make me a valuable asset to any team. Moreover, I'm proud of my strong work ethic, dedication, and reliability, which I know make my work top-notch.

Before transitioning to corporate roles, I dedicated over eight and a half years to education, teaching, and training. I served as Academic Head for three years, overseeing tasks such as policy development, curriculum design, and syllabus preparation. 

I started my corporate journey as a Technical Support Representative, where I improved my problem-solving and technical abilities over two years. Transitioning to a Hotel Reservation Sales Specialist, I excelled in customer service and demonstrated a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Progressing further, I became an Operational Workforce Management Specialist, refining my attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills. 

After 13 years in the BPO industry, I transitioned into freelancing, working as an Admin Support / Virtual Assistant for over four years. This role taught me the importance of time management and task prioritization. Currently, as a Customer Service Representative, I provide excellent service through email, understanding
the unique challenges of written communication compared to phone conversations.
