Profile Description

I have worked for a Solar Company based in Pasco, Washington as of one the Finance Specialist of the Intake/Welcome team. My tasks were to coordinate with our sales team and assist our customers with the submission of their loan documents to their designated financing institution. I do the auditing of the details in the contract and the loan application before submission.

While working full-time I also worked as a part time Personal Assistant wherein i was assign to do different task. I would do calendar management, email management and any other task my employer would seek help with. 

I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative - Handover Specialist II in one of the leading  Real Estate developers in the Upgrade to see actual info this position I was responsible for assisting, setting appointments, engaging, and discussing our company's projects while ensuring the best customer experience for all our clients. My key achievements in this role are that for the past 2 years I was assigned to 2 of our projects with the most concerns and I could solely manage the projects well. At the same time, I also improved the process and quality of service to deliver to our clients.

In other previous roles, I was able to deal with people of different ethnicity and different time zones and assisted them with their project completion. I improved my customer service skills and learned that although people have different personalities, you can always find a better way of assisting them so as long as you communicate. I would describe myself as someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and a yearning for learning. I always make sure to ask the right questions to minimize errors and waste.
