Profile Description

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for over 6 years and I can say that I have a strong customer service skill which helped me improved my communication skill. I have worked also on social media account thru Facebook and Instagram, which I'm one of the editors of the page and answer customer concerns in a fast and most efficient way. I am also responsible for handling emails, live chats, Facebook messenger and comments, and Instagram comments. To get motivated to start doing something, from my own experience, the most effective trick for me is to just do it.
