A few
more spaces to get to know me ?
As your
usual techie introvert. I have always been a curious soul with a great amount
of problem solving eagerness. I always see myself as reliable, independent,
trustworthy, loyal, and resourceful- overall a great person to work with.
I have
worked as a Small time VA for personalities and ad startups, later on got into
Customer service and a technical support representative for a short period of
time, and back to being a Virtual Assistant with small businesses. with that, I
mostly had my professional path as a virtual assistant. With my strong computer
skills and past experiences, I am confident that I can be a great person for
the career I'm taking myself into.
Aside from
these, I also love coffee, playing music with my ukulele, writing literary
pieces such as poems and stories, drawing, listening to music, watching movies
and being a social media junkie. I love to creatively express myself and to
possess a somewhat nerdy, yet colorful energy.
I dealt
with resolving concerns whether by
worked with a few organizational tasks, online tools and creative tasks, making
my current job easier for me to keep up with. I have experienced in handling
people and communicate with others. I can manage my time. I am willing to be
trained while working. I am highly-organized, willing to learn and able to work
with various tasks and under pressure. I am aggressive, self-motivated and can
work with minimum supervision. Furthermore, I have a positive attitude towards
work and with good moral character.
I also have
a good command of the English Language and good interpersonal and communication
skills. I may encounter difficulties along the way but I can assure you I solve
them with what I can and would be completely honest and trustworthy. I have
excellent computer literacy skills. I can perform tasks such as data entry,
e-mail handling, social media, chat support, content/blog writing and managing,
Canva, and a lot more recurring, organizational and misc. tasks such as
handling contacts and calendar events.
I still
practice my skills in video editing, graphic design, blog writing, social media
handling, and Organisational management by means of my mini personal blog as
well as my own personal
skillset and I consider starting to invest in courses and certifications
whenever I get the chance. And you know what, I have been eyeing a bit on
trying recruitment department.
Hey, you
made it this far, champ, and you're probably curious. You can always reach out

? Research and Data Entry ? Email, Calendar, and Contacts Management ? Organizing Cloud Storage Files ? Daily Updates and Repetitive Tasks ? Data Transfer from one Program to Another Most of my Virtual/Personal assistant work that focused mostly on data-entry, research, and excel. I loved this kind of work because I am working directly with someone and most tasks hits close to home. I also handled blog writing, e-mail and social media. I did a lot of organisational/daily regular tasks like planning gifts and checking websites for new updates.
? Content Writing (Social Media, Website Content) ? Non-Voice Customer Service to Foreign Clients ? English in Communication to Foreign clients ? Communicative Level English Skills ? Speaking (with moderate accent) English have been my favorite subject throughout my academic experience. I have been keen in writing. I use English as the medium for my works. And my course I took in college focuses in the English language. I am great in writing, reading and understanding yet still has to fix on my heavy accent in speaking.
? Blog writing ? Social Media Captions ? Product Descriptions ? Product Category Footers ? Email Template Writing I wrote mostly for my academics, and was able to practice them professionally in recent years, specifically in product copy and social media. Throughout my academics, I am keen on joining journalism clubs and I already had satisfactory remarks from my teachers. I also joined a lot of essay writing and speech contests and get me to high places. Aside from my academic writings, I also do creative writing at my spare time. I write literary pieces such as fiction and poetry.
? Weekly Newsletter Making ? Social Media Posting (Facebook, Instagram) ? Category Footer Writing ? Competitor Market Research ? Blogs and Product Research I do social media, content writing and newsletter for the intention of gaining online exposure for the store, but I am more on the creative side, hence not being keen on the analytics and technical aspect. I perform quite neutral on the marketing aspect since my past work focuses on being a personal assistant more than a virtual one. But I can say that I perform basic creative tasks. I still am willing to learn with everything about it to gain new knowledge in this field.
? Facebook Ads Creation and Tracking ? Instagram Ads Creation and Tracking ? Meta Pixel I did not have any advertising skills and experiences aside from creating and placing Facebook and Instagram Ads, and setting up Facebook pixel to a site from here and there, but I am always willing to learn.
? Social Media and Blog graphics ? Print Labels and Tag designs ? Flyer Designs ? Photo editing, Resizing, Filters, Lighting ? Website and Physical Store Banner Graphics I did graphics using Canva. I also like editing using GIMP. I also had a personal background in video editing that I used to edit personal videos. I also edit pictures in a regular basis. I would love to learn more in the multimedia field since it does make me showcase my creativity.
? Email and Phone Customer Service ? Travel and Online Retail Account ? Technical Support - Telco ? Tech Support Basic troubleshooting ? Customer Support basic inquiries I already have performed customer service on both email and voice for a short time in the past where I was able to assist people in terms of tracking, cancellations, amendments, and more. I was also became an internet and phone technical support where I perform basic troubleshooting and send dispatch if needed for short time as well. As but I'll be willing to learn more since this will be an important part of my field.
