I was responsible for sourcing, screening, conducting the initial interview, and administering written or online exams. I also called potential applicants by phone,, and encoded the applicant's information on the company's database. I constantly went to schools and job fairs to recruit call center agents.

did the initial interview, conducted the written exams, and personality tests, and processed newly hired requirements, and arranged the 201 files of the employees.

I was assigned to the reception, screening applicants' resumes, assisting the Executive Assistant of the CEO, and performing ad-hoc tasks.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT - January 2000 to August 2000
I was assigned to conduct initial interviews for applicants to be assigned as crews for convenience stores. I administered written tests and processed the requirements of new hires. I often went to schools to recruit students who were of legal age.
