My strength lies in paper screening and interviewing candidates, as much as I don't want to be judgmental, but it is a key trait to have when you're hiring for good quality candidates. I mean who wants to hire someone then replace them right after you hire them, right?Having a good eye in checking candidates' profiles and how they market themselves is a skill I have developed from reviewing hundreds of profiles everyday.
