Study design briefs and determine requirements Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders and create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations

Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience

Create mockups on design software, work on apparel and logo designs, assist with brand identity, and communicate with the client to understand their vision.
