I am a 24-year-old Filipina, an experienced customer service professional used to cater to Australian clients regarding their Power & Gas complaints or billing concerns via e-mail, live chat and calls handling. My experience in a big call center here in Manila has honed both my communication and customer service skills.

I used to work for American clients as well for their hotel reservations. I either create one, cancel, upgrade or downgrade, it depends on the clients' needs.
