I am a dedicated and Highly experienced Complaints Escalation manager, Live chat support, inbound/outbound customer service champion.
I am currently a part time virtual assistant for a recruitment specialist working for a privately owned Australian resourcing company that was designed by industry specialists to provide manpower services in the white collar and blue collar sectors. I create advertisements in Jobadder, sent emails to the candidate to know if they are interested for a new post/role, calls candidate explain the role and negotiate their expected salary.
I have 6 years of experience in property preservation with Altisource Business Solutions. I was responsible for working closely with the client, managers, tenant, bank representative and city representative. I assists tenants to make sure that the property is liveable. Make sure that utilities are active and issue work orders to our local contractor for property maintenance. I call different cities in the United states to check property violations and liens of a certain property.
I also have 3 years of experience in customer service for Inbound, outbound, chat and email support in Australian telco and U.S telco
