As a Junior Accountant of one of the prestigious university here in Cagayan de Oro City Philippines, I am responsible for safeguarding assets in banks, specifically by monitoring and preparing Cash Position Report and monthly Bank Reconciliation for various bank accounts. I am also in charge for Short Term Money Placements monitoring to make sure that everything in due should be rolled over or transfer to another account as per instruction from the top management. Other than Cash & Cash equivalents responsibilities I am also responsible in verifying vouchers for day to day transactions and ensure that everything has been done accordingly as to urgency and or priority with all honesty and purity.
