Over the past 8 years, I've ventured into various realms of online jobs. I first started as an ESL teacher for a Korean company while also dabbling in the fascinating world of architecture. My knack for architectural drafting and proficiency with ArchiCAD software helped me bring ideas to life in the digital realm.
I later worked for a US based telecommunication company handling customer service, assisting clients with processing phone orders, phone service activations and handling payment disputes. Transitioning into the finance sector, I spent over four years as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in a property management company. My role was in line with customer service, answering phone calls and emails ensuring homeowners' payments were processed accurately and efficiently, utilizing third-party software to keep everything in check. I also delved into the legal side of things, handling matters related to delinquent accounts with finesse and ensuring they were appropriately escalated for resolution.
As my career progressed, I have stepped into leadership role within the Accounts Receivable Department. Leading teams while also serving as a trusted subject matter expert, I thrived in guiding others through the complexities of financial processes fostering a collaborative environment where everyone could excel.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm a bit of a digital creative at heart. From tweaking images in Photoshop to crafting presentations in PowerPoint, I enjoy bringing a touch of creativity to everything I do. With a typing speed of 70 words per minute and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, I'm equipped to handle a variety of tasks with ease.
But it's not just about technical skills... Communication and empathy are at the core of everything I do. Whether interacting with colleagues or navigating diverse cultures, I pride myself on my ability to listen attentively and connect with others on a meaningful level.
