I am a result-oriented professional, flexible, and patient, and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Over the course of my 11-year career, I've developed a skill set that is uniquely suitable to the technical and customer support industries. My extensive experience in the service sector has taught me how to interact politely with all different types of customers.

I worked as a Technical Support Associate for 9 years and was eventually assigned to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert). My duties and responsibilities are to provide answers to client's needs, identify their problems, research solutions, and guide them to the correct steps.

I also have experience in the financial industry as an Account Specialist for an e-payment gateway that provides assistance directly to business owners globally. Part of our task is to deliver high-value services to clients through successful interactions via all contact channels (chat, phone and email).
