Profile Description

I am very passionate with customer service. I enjoy digging into customers' issues and providing them with the best resolution possible by making sure that I pay attention to their grievances and empathize whilst thinking critically and analytically.
I have enjoyed different roles throughout my career in customer service, Australian labour hire admin and e-commerce admin and customer support.
I believe that e-commerce is the future especially now that we are threading the new normal and if you are thinking of starting your own business now or if you have just started your business in e-commerce, I would love to help you by providing excellent customer service, store management and ensuring that you get to work on the more important side of things.
