* Prepare and send dispute letters in compliance with FCRA guidelines using DisputeFox and CRC
* File FTC (Federal Trade Commission) reports for fraud and identity theft-related accounts
* Monitor dispute timelines, status updates, and bureau responses
* Track utilization and identify opportunities for score improvement
* Maintain organized and updated client records
* Assist clients preparing for personal funding by helping optimize their credit profiles
