Profile Description

I worked in the BPO industry for 4 years before I shift to Hospitality Industry. I was a Customer Service Representative for 1 year handling AT&T account and 2 years in Technical Support handling the same Upgrade to see actual info the span of 1 year in Technical Support, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert where we focus in Escalations (taking customer complaints aligned to our process) and Handling Teams (to ensure that targets are achieved). I'am a very business process oriented person and I do multi-tasking very well. I know how to manage my time efficiently and I always do my work effectively. I focus on what I can do to help the business grow and I always make sure that I do the right thing. I can easily adapt and learn to any kind of changes given by the Upgrade to see actual infow, my current career path helps me to understand how to control cost of a business, train and develop people skills, make sure that the flow of the whole operation is seamless and above all make the business profitable by enhancing both tangible product  and intangible product of the business. Still I'm not yet contented, I want to gain more knowledge from the people who will give me a chance to be part of their team and in return I will share my learning and do my best to give them the best result they ever wanted.
