I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Communication Arts where I learned writing techniques, basic journalism, basic marketing and advertising as well as the theater arts.
There were several companies in varying industries such as Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals and Business Process Outsourcing that I have worked for since 2000. I have worked as a Customer Service Agent, Medical Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Contact Center Manager where I honed and developed administrative, managerial and leadership skills which I hope will be helpful when we work together.
If given a change, I can provide services in administrative support, assists in financial management up to bookkeeping, prepare product, proposal and business review presentations, transcribe audio and video files as well as do basic social media management among others.
