Profile Description

I have worked as a customer service representative in a BPO for Blue Cross Blue Shields account. Taking calls regarding coverage on their insurance and update on their claims. I then work as homebased inbound, chat and email support representative for Upgrade to see actual info - an e-commerce site selling mobile phones to Australia and New Zealand. We have used slack, zendesk, magento, netsuite, shopify, glip, xlite as tools for the trade.
Through the years we have also use Live Agent and Zophim. I am detail oriented and a good team player looking for a long-term job where I can help the company grow and learn more skills along the way.
