Profile Description

I've been doing Customer Service via Email and Social Media for almost 4 years now. I am keen on details and I make sure to answer every inquiry and concern of the customer. I believe that customer service should be a high priority for any company wanting to keep a good reputation and high sales. 

I can offer my service in the area of customer Service via Email and Facebook. I can do also Order Management / Fulfillment by processing (manually and automatically via Oberlo, Shopify, Dropified, Aliexpress, and bulk ordering thru CSV extraction.

I have also experience in Amazon Product Sourcing and know how to find winning deals effectively. I have training in Amazon Purchasing and Inventory Management.

My primary goal is to keep my clients happy, and satisfied with what I do and to reach my client's goals and success. I'm focused and well-trained, and make sure that all work is done before saying 'DONE'. I always want to make sure that I provide quality service and that I am worth paying every dollar.

I am looking for a long-term project that I can work with on a daily basis, to provide 100% quality work to my clients and deliver them on time. I can assure you that I would bring a service-focused and hard-working attitude to any role given to me.
