I have been a customer service representative, I have assisted clients with their mobile phones, helped customers with billing and technical issue with their cable and televisions, assisted doctors and providers with medical claims, eligibility and benefits. I also worked as a General Virtual Assistant, assisted clients to get leads for to help their business earn and in another company, I was a virtual office assistant, helping my client with the invoices from our tenants, update our processes, take down minutes on weekly meetings and all other meetings, use excel file for transactions and some invoices, use microsoft word to update flyers and ads.
