Profile Description

I've been with BPO and E-commerce for 7 years and have been assigned to work on various lines of business. I've handled Inbound, Outbound, Email, Chat Support and Fraud and payments at Lazada. Also worked with Ingram Toft as a Team Leader for their Financial Ombudsman Service team (Home-based account) for a year. I've created several initiatives and action plans that developed and organized the team that resulted in becoming a revenue earning team. I created a timed activity log for the business to see what the employees are doing, how much time is spent on a task and generates reports.
I have knowledge of payment gateways like PayPal, CyberSource and Dragon Pay. CRMs such as Zendesk, ZohoDesk, and Salesforce.
I'm a problem solver, I think outside the box and what could be a long-term solution to a problem. I can work and be productive without supervision.
I seek management that will hone my skills and provides long-term stability.
