Client Engagement and Management – Ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually updated on the relevant processes, including changes, providing first line support for managing and resolving escalations. Process Review and Improvement – Reviewing processes to identify gaps, opportunities and areas of improvement. Leadership – Providing oversight of the administration service, as guardians of quality and experience. Mentoring administrators to deliver administration services and drive strong internal and external partnerships.

Recruitment Administration Delivery – Managing account specific administration activities for the following scope of services - CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, candidate care, offer management, onboarding, invoice admin, updating applicant tracking system, identity & address verification and pre-employment screening.
