Profile Description

Working as a Customer Service Trainer for a few years has well-equipped me with the skills needed to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in the organization. I also developed my content design expertise by producing learning materials aligned with product specific training methodologies and initiatives. I am also proficient in using the different Microsoft Office and Google applications.

As an English Language Studies graduate from The University of Santo Tomas, I am very well trained to write and think critically. I am very proficient in the use of the English language, both in the written and oral aspect of it. I also know how to use the different Microsoft Office applications.

I have a background in theater production. I am a member of the official theater guild of our faculty. That being said, I was able to hone my creativity and imagination. I will showcase my communication skills and creativity on a daily basis to help you grow your business. 

Lastly, my experience as a Customer Service Representative thought me how to provide white-glove service to every customer we encounter.
