Profile Description

FOR SOFTWARE TESTING

-Experience in an Agile environment with Scrum framework
-Manage JIRA dashboard in bug tracking, updates, and verifies issues.
-Manage TestRail, HP Quality Center and create test cases for the operations of the system installation (POS Operating System, Tomcat, SQL Server, Other Applications needed)
-Perform different test strategies in Web and Mobile Testing like:
    1. Performed Usability Test
    2. Performed Exploratory Test
    3. Performed Regression Test 
    4. Performed User Acceptance Test
    5. Performed Performance Test
    6. Performed Smoke Test
    7. Performed Sanity Testing
    8. Performed Installation Test
- Prepare and manage test environment 
- Interact and collaborate with development teams
- Create technical documentation

FOR WEBSITE QA TESTING

- Responsible for quality assurance on websites and mobile applications
- Manage JIRA, Userback, Gitlab, Github for bug tracking
- Uses Figma, Zeplin, Abstract, and Adobe Photoshop for mockup design
- Uses Browestack for mobile and device compatibility
- Web and Mobile Testing      
     1. Perform Functional Test    
     2. Perform Usability and Interface Test    
     3. Perform Cross Browser Test  
     4. Perform a Responsive Test
