Profile Description

I worked with BPO company for almost 4 years as a customer service representative. That is for voice and non voice account. We cater united states and UK. My job includes providing general information to customers, billing complaints, payments, trouble shooting, and any other concerns regarding their account. I am a licensed insurance agent too. (financial executive) I offer Insurance, savings and investments. I also have experience in the real estate industry. And it is pure sales. I offer clients high end condominiums in the Philippines. I am willing to learn more and be trained if ever hired. I know I can use my skills and experiences and provide clients with excellent customer service.
