Profile Description

I am in-charge with client concerns and inquiries. Most of the time, I handle complains. I also do after sales work like turnover of units to clients since the industry I am with right now is a Real Estate. The best part of my job is building rapport with clients and creating good relationship with them so that they will trust the product and will patronize it. Part of the Customer Relations Group as a Team Leader in a real estate industry. Has been in a real estate for 8 years now. Skilled in unit quality assurance or Pre-delivery Inspection, Moving-in, Turnover of units, warranty concerns, client inquiries and concerns/customer care. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in BSBA major in HRDM at University of Cebu-Banilad Campus. Worked as an HR Generalist in the car industry for 7 months. I want to be hired because I want to help your business at scale.
