My path then led me to the role of a Customer Service Representative, where I further refined my customer-centric approach. I've successfully managed rebate inquiries and collections, and my ability to handle outstanding accounts receivable became a valuable asset.

As a Virtual Assistant, my responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including website design and development, social media content creation, and content writing. Additionally, I ventured into real estate cold calling and appointment setting, expanding my skill set even further.

During my tenure as a Graphic Designer, I had the pleasure of bringing creative ideas to life through captivating visuals and website designs. My passion for design was nurtured during my education in Multimedia Arts.
