As a Social Media Manager, I use different tools to be more efficient.  I am using Canva for graphic designs, which
helps me make engaging and attractive content. 
I am also using Trello to help me manage my time efficiently and
organize the different tasks for the content.
Before I started being a Social Media Manager, I was also a content writer.  I can create content about your brand that
helps your customer understands it better.
I believe that learning a new set of skills is nonstop.  I am willing to learn to use other tools you
prefer for different tasks.  As an
advocate for learning, I just finished my three-month intensive training in
Social Media Management and Marketing. 
The training conducted by the Department of Information and
Communication Technology was helpful.
