I was trained and worked as a Sales and Customer Service Representative as my first job, I was assigned in two different accounts, a car rental company where the main task is to book reservation thru phone and an online shopping website, for which I handled inbound and (some) outbound calls, pitched sales and booked and placed orders.I also have experience with ESL, as I have worked as an online English teacher for Korean students for less than a year.I also worked as a Sales Assistant to a manufacturing company, my daily task is to arrange and set daily delivery routines and drop offs of the products and to do phone call follow ups to existing clients for order verification and placement of orders, I stayed in the company for a year.I was then employed by a BPO company working to an American technology company provider of aerial imagery, data analytics and geographic information system solutions as Administrative / Executive Assistant for a couple of years. I performed general clerical duties, assistance in local travel bookings and personal assistant to four managers. Under the same account I was referred as a Production Control Technician where our main focus is to regulate and maintain production of files/orders ensuring orders will flow in all production process without delays and chat support between local and US based employees to name a few, and once awarded as best in my field last 2017.
