Profile Description

I have almost 7+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment, most of my experiences are from companies that are based in the tech industry.
I am a Certified People Sourcing Professional too . We receive thousands of applicants and we process them Upgrade to see actual infoom letting them do the necessary exams they need to pass, to scoring each test they take, to constant communication of their status, doing phone screenings with them up to doing the official offer call with them if they pass all the application process. I have done full cycle recruitment and I know how to handle multiple candidates and clients at the same time. I have always been a team-player and open to comments and suggestions that would make me and my teammate's work better. I have been a part of their growth and I personally contributed to some of their success in finding the right talent.
I have direct experience with recruitment tools like Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice and specially LinkedIn. I have been consistently hitting monthly and yearly quotas and I have flexibility with all the client's request.
Aside from this Recruiter experience, I have my 2 years of experience in technical support/customer service. I have been a front liner for years and have been very competitive, also meeting targets and targets every month. With these experiences, I can say that my English communication is in a fluent level.
