Profile Description

I have gained my skills through my work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance for the U.S based e-commerce outbound calls namely Kohl's. I have handled several calls for order processing and credit card inquiries. I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate Company U.S based where I have to skip traced data, find leads on MLS and sort it out on a document using google docs, drafted emails and documents using aveone from Upgrade to see actual info, find leads on Facebook and add it on to my clients Hubspot and those are some of the things that I have accomplished during my experience.
