I also worked a customer service representative in one of Australia's biggest telco (Telstra) handling Billing, Sales and Retention calls for over two years.
I can work under minimal supervision and I am a fast learner. I am also reliable and proven track record of excellent attendance. I make work my priority as this has been my bread and butter.
