More than 10 years of experience working in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry has greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. I have worked with US, UK, New Zealand, and Australian BPO companies. Being in the industry has many challenges as well as achievements, and most of all - lessons learned that only made me get better each time. Also, for my self-improvement, I don't stop learning new things and trends in the industry and I'm open to new opportunities that come my way.

As a customer service professional, I always need to give my best, however, there are times when customers' expectations of the products or services are not met so creating a positive experience for them is always an utmost consideration by providing prompt resolution to their issues and concerns and sometimes setting proper expectations in resolving them. Sometimes it's not what we say but rather how we say things or how we deliver critical information to the customer that would have an impact on the customer experience with products or services of the company they are dealing with.
