Profile Description

I've been a general virtual assistant for 10 years for a US-based company that sells on different e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Sears, Walmart, Wish, and Shopify.

I've been dealing with customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and other service requests. I also do the listing in those marketplaces, create FBA orders, Generate RMA for a return request, negative feedback removal, fix listing enhancement and alert as well as the suppressed listing, and represent an A-Z case(Amazon).
I also confirm orders to make sure there are no late shipments. I am creating A+ Content and doing posts in Amazon Seller Central.
