Profile Description

Highly experienced Customer Service Specialist with a background in Email Managment. I can also handle chat and phone calls. Throughout my career, I've learned a variety of skills.

CRM tools
Shopify
eBay
Drop shipping
Amazon

Apart from my pristine English skills, I am empathic. I believe this is one of the skills people in the customer service should have as this has helped me unroot the true problems of each customer. This is also one of my great characteristics as this has been helping me understand my clients and do the job effectively.

I've been using Reamaze, Gorgias, Zenoti, Zendesk and Slack as CRM systems to respond to customers and Shopify on the side in doing back-office jobs for each customer's concern such as:

Replacement
Refund
Discount generation
Order modification 
Tracking orders

Aside from customer service, I also do administrative tasks. I'm well-rounded VA/Customer Service Specialist that can easily adapt to changes and willing to learn new tasks and tools.
