I take immense pride in my role as a problem-solver, stepping in to provide support across all areas of the department's services, from order processing to invoicing, whenever our team is understaffed. This commitment to problem-solving ensures smooth operations and instills confidence in our stakeholders.

My role also extends to close collaboration with our manufacturing team and our Australian colleagues. Together, we tackle any stock-related concerns, from creating SKU and updating the bill of material, to forecasting, procurement, and logistics coordination. This collaborative approach has been instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders.

I have strong communication and leadership skills, a professional manner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am keen on details, highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
