Profile Description

I have a high-level of experience in the customer service field and e-commerce business as I've had similar jobs with my previous clients and BPO companies for a combined 7 years of working as a customer support representative both from home and office.

I have managed several e-commerce businesses and handled drop-shipping, social media pages and email management for customer support.
I am an expert in drop-shipping systems such as Oberlo, Dropified, Shopify and Aliexpress. I am also proficient in using customer support systems such as Helpscout, Zendesk, AgoraPulse, Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook/Instagram. Slack and Skype as a platform of communication and Google docs/sheets for documentation.

In addition to that, I have also worked with BPO companies like Microsoft and Google for over 5 years supporting various tasks thru phone, chat and email which paved the way of a successful and efficient performance for line of businesses like data entry, admin support and most especially on the customer service side.

I would say that my experiences from the previous years working in the customer service field enables me to play a valuable role in expanding the business. My skills and vast experience can prove my track record of managing multiple functions. I am fully committed as a freelancer and ready to accept any job at any given amount of time.
