Profile Description

I've worked with Philippine Airlines, Expedia Travel and Airbnb where I have skills and knowledge in reservations, flight disruptions and ticketing. I have done inbound, outbound, online chats and emails to communicate with passengers about their flight if there are delays, reaccomodation of flights and hotels
and if they need to make payments. I am also knowledgeable in human relations. I was part of the HR team where we hire people for Amazon. We do phone screening and set up schedule for the applicant's orientation and medical. Also, I have skills in doing data entry. I've worked as a travel agent/data entry associate in Destinations of the World. We do business to business (B2B) transaction and the deal is only between the hotels around the world and our company. We post rates and we also do stop sale if the hotel is already fully booked. We communicate to Channel Managers of each hotel to make transactions through email phone call. I've been using excel sheet and emails for data entry and it enhanced my skills a lot.
