My expertise is in helping independent insurance agents to competitively manage their agency / business especially in these trying times. I help improve the work system to be efficient & effective. From data entry, to quoting, binding, contracting with carriers, lead generation, bookkeeping, customer support (endorsement, billing & payments, policy docs, etc), smartly naming files so that it could be easily identified, to streamlining a work process so that no task will get neglected.
When I have responsibilities, you can trust that I will deliver with minimal supervision but with great result.
I never say no to a task. The least I could do is to give my best all the times.
