Profile Description

    I have 8 years of work experience in customer service in one of the BPOs here in our country and customer satisfaction is always been my top priority. Being in the industry has taught me how to handle escalated calls and how to win a customer. 
 
   I want to expand myself not only as a Customer Service so I've invested in myself and enrolled in a masterclass on how to become an Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant.     
   I helped Amazon FBA Sellers in starting or scaling their business by efficiently managing their account's wholistic status. I have undergone training on how to be an effective Amazon Virtual Assistant where we have hands-on training for tasks like Product Research, Supplier Sourcing, and Product Listing. We are also taught how to use software like Helium10, Keepa, and Jungle Scout.
