Profile Description

I have experience in the BPO industry for a total of 11 years now and had been able to handle different types of jobs along my years of experience. Mainly in Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Inbound Customer Service, Admin Tasks, Operations, Recruitment, Team Lead, Virtual Assistant and lots of skills that I learned through the years I've been working in the industry.  The niches I've worked with are Telecommunications, Real Estate, Property Management, SEO, Digital Marketing Solar, Charities for Australian Accounts, also Marketing. These are for different clients based in different countries, US, UK, Australia and EU.
