I worked as an HR Practitioner for five years, I started my HR career as a recruiter, interviewing and selecting candidates before I transferred to an HR People Advisor/Business Partner role where I have served as a coach to line managers and career counselors in handling people programs and employee life cycles. 
I worked as a content moderator for a computer software company for a year and a half, offering human intelligence services. This includes some data research and flagging of inappropriate sexual content, serious physical risk, negative comment and spam. I also worked as a virtual assistant for a drop shipping company which includes customer support, email management, product research and order processing for two years. I was using Profitspy and Hydralister to list Amazon products to Ebay. My experience in working as an HR, content moderator and virtual assistant has trained me to become detailed oriented, always ensuring my work is accurate and that I'm 100% compliant to the rules/policies.
