I have worked as an Account Manager for a multinational software company assisting customers with their ERP/CRM/ecommerce needs. I also worked as an Account Manager/Business Development Representative for an IT firm. I was also directly reporting to the CEO of the company doing admin tasks.

Previously, I worked with AT&T and Directv as an Account and Sales Executive, assisting billing, technical, equipment and account concerns.

I have hands on experience with different CRMs such as NetSuite, Oracle, Zendesk, Hubspot, Citrix, SugarCRM, Pipelinedeals, Rainking, and Siebel. Different social media platforms with ads such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
